Registration Guidelines for Dance, Music, and Hobby Classes
At Saroos, the registration process is simple and transparent. However, we have a few basic rules to streamline the enrollment for our programs.

Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. However, to maintain fairness and consistency, here are our policies related to fees, cancellations, and refunds:
Payment Terms:

All class fees must be paid in advance, either monthly, quarterly, or as per plan.

Accepted modes include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or cash at the studio.

Late payments beyond 5 working days may lead to a temporary suspension from sessions.
Refunds & Cancellations:

No refunds will be processed for missed classes or change of mind.

In case of class cancellation from our end, the session will be rescheduled or adjusted in the next billing cycle.

Long-term medical emergencies will be considered for partial refunds with valid documentation.

If a participant cancels their registration before the batch starts, a 25% processing fee will be deducted.
Attendance, Leave & Make-Up Class Rules
Regular attendance is essential to build skills and maintain class rhythm. Here’s how we manage attendance and leaves:
Attendance Policy:

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions in their batch.

In case of absence, a 24-hour prior notice is mandatory to be eligible for a make-up class.

Maximum of two make-up classes per month will be allowed, subject to availability.

Continuous absence for more than 2 weeks without notice may lead to deregistration from the batch.
Public Holidays:
Classes that fall on major public holidays will either be rescheduled or compensated within the same month.
Medical Leave:
Extended medical leave requires valid documentation and prior intimation to the admin team.
Code of Conduct and Discipline in Dance & Music Classes
To nurture a respectful and enjoyable learning environment at Saroos, we expect all students and guardians to adhere to a professional code of conduct.
